Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Natfey Tours and Travels. By booking a tour or safari with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

1. Booking and Payment
1.1 Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour cost. The balance is due 30 days prior to the tour commencement date.

1.2 Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or mobile money. All payments should be made in US Dollars or Ugandan Shillings.

1.3 Late Payments: If the balance is not paid by the due date, Natfey Tours and Travels reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
2.1 Cancellation by Client:

More than 30 days before the tour: 30% deposit is retained.
15-30 days before the tour: 50% of the total tour cost is retained.
Less than 15 days before the tour: 100% of the total tour cost is retained.
2.2 Cancellation by Natfey Tours and Travels: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a tour, a full refund will be provided. Natfey Tours and Travels will not be liable for any additional costs or losses incurred.

3. Alterations by the Client
3.1 Changes to Booking: If you wish to alter your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may be subject to availability and additional costs.

4. Travel Insurance
4.1 Requirement: Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all clients booking with Natfey Tours and Travels. Your insurance must cover personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation costs, and cancellation.

5. Health and Safety
5.1 Medical Conditions: Clients are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing medical conditions or disabilities that may affect their participation in the tour.

5.2 Vaccinations and Health Precautions: Clients must ensure they have all necessary vaccinations and medications for travel to Uganda. Consult your doctor for advice.

6. Liability
6.1 Responsibility: Natfey Tours and Travels will take all reasonable precautions to ensure your safety and enjoyment. However, we are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death that occurs during the tour, except where caused by our negligence.

6.2 Force Majeure: We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or strikes.

7. Accommodation and Transport
7.1 Accommodation: All accommodations are based on twin or double occupancy unless otherwise stated. Single supplements may apply.

7.2 Transport: We provide comfortable and reliable transport throughout your tour. However, we are not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by external factors.

8. Wildlife Viewing
8.1 Sightings: While we strive to provide excellent wildlife viewing opportunities, we cannot guarantee sightings of specific animals. Wildlife is unpredictable and sightings are subject to natural conditions.

9. Behavior and Conduct
9.1 Respectful Conduct: Clients are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful to other guests, local communities, and the environment. Natfey Tours and Travels reserves the right to remove any client from a tour for unacceptable behavior without a refund.

10. Governing Law
10.1 Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
